Please help me...What do I do about CHECKSUM ERROR?

On the boot up process there is displayed a "Checksum Error"...

Please help me resolve this....

1) How do I fix it?
2) What causes it?

Simply means that your BIOS configuration information that is stored is invalid. That can be caused by many things - overclocking too high, weak battery, a temporary short somewhere (card not sitting well, etc.), a recent BIOS flash, etc. Just go into your CMOS setup, set your options, SAVE your changes and exit. The problem should go away. If it returns, your battery may be going.
