AMD Athlon 64 X2 4400+

F690vgm Mobo (here's more info on it)



Ati Radeon HD4850

500W PSU

4GB DDR2

Any more information you need just ask.

I have budget of 150$ to get a new mobo if necessary but definitely a new processor. I have no clue where to start. Any help would be awesome.

Without replacing your motherboard, this would be the best upgrade that your board will support:

You would be going from a 2.3GHz cpu to a 2.9GHz cpu for about $50 which isn't too bad.
