I'd like to know how to UNinstall Mandrake 7.2. Right now, the way I have my HD setup is I have Win2k on one partition, and Linux on another. However the tricky part is I want to uninstall Linux and remove its partition and give that space back to Win2k (FAT32) but I also don't want to delete any information I have on my Win2k partition (I don't want to format my computer). Also, I'd need to somehow uninstall that boot selector, the one that lets me select which OS I want to boot. It's the one that came with the Mandrake 7.2 ISO, I don't know what it's called specifically. So is any of this possible? Plaese guys help me out if you know any information. Thanks

Thanks, that got rid of the boot selector. But now how do I get back the 10 gigs I gave to Linux that's on the other partition? Windows doesn't read that drive. Please help, Thanks.

Mark, the only way to get the space back without losing everything is with a prog like partition magic...

Anyone have any idea on how to remove lilo? I already removed my linux partitions but LILO is still there...don't see anything out of the ordinary in my root drv...boot.ini is alright. Do I need to rewrite the MBR with Win2k cmd-line repair?

the way do it is run the installatio cd again and delete the linux partition, than IMMEDIATELY REBOOT using the button on your comp.
