Please Help me!!! Secondary HDD Not recognized in XP

Added a secondary HDD to my PC, and it appears when pc is first started and when I go into BIOS, but Windows XP recognizes it as a "Device with Removeable Storage", and not a Hard Drive.

Update

Internal Western Digital 160GB HDD, running as EIDE Secondary on the Primary EIDE Cable of Mobo. Now it is not showing up at all under "My Computer". I just now enabled the device in Disk Management, but it is still not showing up under My Computer.
