Please help me removing a virus on Windows 2003 Server

Hello everyone,
Yesterday one of my PC got infected by this virus (http://www.microsoft.com/security/p...ool:Win32/VBInject.gen!DH&threatid=2147632252). But, I can't remove the virus on my windows 2003.

Can anyone please help me?
