Please Help me Remove this Spyware from Kazaa!!!

I downloaded the full Kazaa and now I have pop up adds galore. It sucks! I uninstalled Kazaa but the adware is still there. Can anybody tell me how to get rid of it?

Also, wasn't there a way to get the "neutered" version? I can't seem to remember how. Thanks for any help.
