Please help me pick out a 4k 27" monitor

So I just got a Dell 144Hz 27" screen, and now I also want a 4k screen so I can have the best of both worlds.

I cant afford anything higher than around $450 so for this much, I am looking at a few models:

LG - 27UD69P-W (currently on sale for $400)

So I don't see why I should spend $400 for the first one. Is it any better? I don't see what's better about it.

I like 4k, 27" and IPS, I don't like 60Hz, and FreeSync since I dont use AMD. However, I cannot afford G-Sync on 4k or more than 60Hz, so it's moot point.

Do you know of a 4k monitor which is better than the ones I linked here in my price range? I appreciate comments/suggestions.

I think you could do a little better price-wise if you search a little more or wait for a deal. Do you have a Sam's Club membership?

Otherwise just wait for a 4K deal to pop up on a site like Slickdeals or otherwise. Very common to see $300 range (not a huge savings over the above options, but seems like price is a big factor here so might be worth the wait?)
