Antec P180

Originally I was thinking about this Antec 550 watt TruePower II, but somebody recommended that I look at Enermax?
 
I have actually considered the Seasonic S-12 500watt before. Has anybody any experience with this PSU and if it'll reach inside an Antec P180?
 
I'm planning on upgrading the CPU down the line, and maybe a faster GPU soon and more hard drives. So should I get 500 watts in anticipation for that stuff?
