Please help me out. WMP = teh sux?

My windows media player has a black "tint" Which makes it very hard to see anything and i would love to watch my movies and stuff, but it isnt worth it. I tried reinstalling wmp, windows updates. nothing works. wtf?

EDIT: It does it in divx player too, so idk what to make of this.

PS - i cant take a screenshot, MSPAINT doesnt seem to be installed(wtf #2?)

Mess around with the video acceleration in the WMP control options.

I think this is a know bug, mine went away after a update of WMP or my video drivers one of the two. Or maybe it was a directx update that did it.

Not sure all I know is messing with the video acceleration in the WMP control options was the work around for me for a while.

For a far superior player/codec package, google up CCCP pack, and use WMP Classic or ZoomPlayer instead Very niiiice ...
