Hi guys, this is my first post here and I bring a question that has me really worried, you see, I use to have an i3 laptop with 4gb ram.. not a bad laptop but regular. Now I just bought a CyberpowerPC Gamer Ultra 2140 Desktop PC AMD FX-Series FX-6300 (3.50GHz) Turbo to 4.1GHz 8GB DDR3 500GB HDD NVIDIA GeForce GT 720 1 GB Windows 8.1 64-bit
Which is obviously a WAY better pc for gaming! (I have 50mbps internet connection)
Now, I play a online flash game that doesnt really require much graphics at all, but lets say in the game the faster your connection and pc are, the faster youll be in the game, which will make you be really good and win more.
Now, with my laptop i3 I went ahead and went to cmd or command prompt, and typed in :
ping boombang.nl
and The results were about 21 ms - 30 ms - 40 ms. (which arent bad at all)
When I bought the new gaming PC I was so happy, My ms should drop to about 5 I said, specially because a friend I have has a similar pc to mines and gets around 5 ms which is super good!
So I just installed my new pc on my room, and I go ahead and put
ping boombang.nl in the cmd, and the results are approximately in the 100's!
So its actually not running as fast in my i3, it makes no sense! PLEASE help me out, any solutions? or something I should try? please guys.
