Please help me make an American flag emblem in Halo 2

Ooohh you want your icon to look like an American flag?
People do that with red background and then square in the top left blue.. the pixels from your TV make it look like there are white stripes

Yea, it's weird, but with the contrast of the blue halo background and your TV, it does look like stripes
you've never seen it before?
