Please help me identify what type of RAM this is.

I have 2 sticks of ram here. They are labeled:

NEC Japan
D45D128442G5
-C75-9LG
0050K9002

Any help is appreciated. A link to a webpage where I can search for things like this would be great. I bought this ram from a place with a pretty bad reputation, and it won't work in my K7S5A mobo, so I'm trying to figure out exactly why.

Here's a link with some info on this DDR sdram. NEC DDR.
It looks like a paid site but it is DDR Sdram made by NEC 128Mbit 4Mx32.

Check with your board manufacturer ECS to make sure that there's no compatibility issues with this brand or type of ram.

Note: If you have standard Sdram in your machine now(I think the ECS K7S5A has both SDR and DDR ram slots), you can not use both types of ram at the same time. Either one or the other, but not both. Also make sure that you first try only one stick of the DDR ram cause I'm not sure which of the DDR slots should be used first, but try both slots to see if it's a bad stick or a bad slot, and if it works in one then try the other stick in as well.
