Please help me identify this RAM

Chip markings

I know it's Micron. It seems to be 6ns but even their nice CL2 SDRAM is 7ns so maybe this is 60ns? It doesn't look like the standard SDRAM I had in my system so I'm guessing it's ECC.

The chips seemed a little thick to be SDRAM so my first guess was you have some 60ns EDO or FPM DRAM DIMMs (rare, but in existence).

This page seems to indicate the chips are each 4Mbit FPM chips So if I can count correctly, that's a 8 x 4Mbit = 4MB FPM 60ns DIMM?

edit: A pic of that white label might be useful, too.

The chip is two sided so there's 16 chips total.

Then there's *probably* 8megs total on the module. I'm a little thrown off by that trailing "7" on the white label though. I can't remember if that's an indication of speed (70ns?) or if it was to indicate parity or non-parity. Google doesn't turn up anything on the label so I think I've outlived my usefulness.
