I have had this planar LCD for over 2.5 years I got it from Dell and I think I paid about $650 for it. I have no idea what model it is. I am trying to jump on the 2001fp deal and trying to figure what to expect for this monitor in resale.

The monitor can be viewed here in my photos. Planar LCD or here if that link doesnt work.

I have 2 questions really, first what model is it? It doesnt have S-Video but has 4 USB Port in the monitor and has DVI.

Second, I expect price checks are frowned upon, but does anyone have even a clue what I could expect for this monitor in used condition, but no bad pixels and perfect as new image quality?

I also should add that it is 17.4" not 15"

Thanks very much for any assistance.

I think it is the CTXXXX model number as well, but I cannot find any sort of price references, ebay, forsale/trade etc.... any idea what a good price point would be for this monitor? $250 shipped unreasonable?

Thanks!

Hey, it's looks like mine! Well, your link is expired. But, from your description and time frame of purchase.. It's probably the same model as mine. I also bought mine about 2 years ago for ~$600 from dell.com Unfortunately, I don't know the model number. I think everybody just refered to it as the PLanar 17.4 at the time. :)

You could probably sell it for more. The LCDs on ebay aren't that cheap. Shipping might be expensive too.
