Ok so I have this Proview 19" monitor that the label on the back got ripped off of, so I have no clue what the proper model # for it is supposed to be. I ran Everest, Sandra, PC Wizard and Belarc Advisor and this is the best they all came up with:

Belarc Advisor:

Proview 19.1 [Monitor] (19.1"vis, s/n F6RZ55020246U, May 2005)
---

Even though it says "PTS076D" (which would lead you to think it's a 17") it's definitely a 19" monitor. Interesting that Sandra reports a different serial number, and thinks it's a KDS as well. It's definitely not a KDS, at least cosmetically. I looked up all the KDS model numbers Sandra thinks it is, and none of them "match" this monitor. I can try to take a picture of the front of it, if it would help. Proview's website is pretty worthless, and their phone number is disconnected! Any help is appreciated!

If this works, here's pics:
