Please help me, I know this is the wrong forum but I need to download these pictures......

I borrowed a freinds digital camera and I cant get anything to work to download the images from the camera.

Its a Polaroid PDC 700
\Im using the serial port connection, no usb.

I need a program that is free or free to try to download the pictures off the camera......

First you need the Twain Driver. Then you can use any Twain compatible program to get your pics. I use Paint Shop Pro with my Polaroid PDC 640.

there should be some software that comes with it, have a look on google for the manufacturer's homepage.

if you are using windows xp, the camera should just show up in "my computer"

I downloaded the twain driver...... Is there any certain way to install it?? other than clicking it?

Should I install it and then plug in the camera??

yes install the driver. then plug i8n teh camera. then ipan a program and import them

Just install it. Read me files are made for a reason you know.

Alright I got it installed.

Is there any other program that I can get for this, that has a rather small size to upload these??
