Please help me hookup a front firewire port of a Cheiftec Matrix case to a A7N8X Deluxe.

I can hook up everything except for the front firewire port, the connectors look nothing like the IEEE port.

I don't recommend it. As you can see, the pins on the motherboard aren't really long enough to work well with the case's wiring. They're prone to falling off. Considering that some of those wires are supposed to be providing power...
