PLEASE HELP ME FLASH MY BIOS

OK ive downloaded the latest BIOS for my Abit KG-7 and the AMI Flash Utility, but couldnt find any instructions on how to preform the almost surgical procedure. For some reason. flashing my BIOS is just something ive never felt the need to do till now. Im not a newbie to computing so dont try and simplify your instructions too much for me, thanks in advance! 😀
 
Have you tried reading the motherboard manual? If you don't have one, just download it from the mfg. site.
 
Couldnt log on to Abits site, wouldnt let me, but I was only asking for someone with the experience of flashing a BIOS for help, as I huess the procedure is pretty much the same for most motherboards since they all use a generic utility. Anyone got any useful input?
