All you did was switch out the psu? Sure there aren't any cables put back incorrectly? And what does the code mean?

this is what the code means

Switch back to text mode if full screen logo is supported.
- If errors occur, report errors & wait for keys
- If no errors occur or F1 key is pressed to continue:
___ Clear EPA or customization logo.

please help!

you broke off a capacitor? :Q and you kept using it? you don't have another video card you could plug in there to help isolate the problem?

I know it sounds strage but the video card worked fine after I plugged it back in, and no I dont have a pci video card I just want to make sure that its the video card and nothing else

it doesn't have to be a pci videocard... don't you have another agp one laying around? i don't know what kind of capacitor you pulled off but when one of my board's capacitor started leaking... people here... and ABIT told me to send it back ASAP because my motherboard would be dying a slow death.
