What about the CDTroopers link at the bottom-left of the page you linked to? If they don't ship to Canada they do ship to the UK so perhaps you could have someone there forward it on.

Buying imports can be a pain -- it's taking 2 months and $30 for Amazon to get me a Heather Nova CD. I'm looking forward to some far-off day when the record companies stop hiding from pure electronic distribution of music.
