Please help me find a lost document sent through Hotmail

my friend sent a report to her professor through Hotmail, and she said the prof advised that what he received was blank.

She says she can't find the report saved on her computer in Hotmail.

Any suggestions on how to recover?

My mom loses email through Hotmail all the time. I would never send anything important through it. It is gone, dead, caput, never to be seen again. Even if you find the page in your History folder it will be blank. There is no way known to man (well, known to me anyway) to get it back. I really feel for your friend.

So she actually wrote the paper in the e-mail? I find it hard to believe that she didn't have a copy in MSWord or WP or Star Office.
