Please Help me Decided on Ram. I'm going crazy

I have all the parts I need for a new build expect the ram. I'll be running the Abit IP35-E MB, a E2180 CPU. I hope to over clock it to around 3GHZ. My GPU is a XFX 8600GT XXX.

So what Ram should I go with. I was thinking of the Crucial Ballistix because of the price after rebate, but then I have read about lots of issues with this ram.

So that leads me to these:

CORSAIR XMS2

GeIL Evo One

G.SKILL 2GB 1066 CAS 5

G.SKILL 2GB 800 CAS 4

GeIL 2GB 800 CAS 4

Or am I missing something with more bang for the buck?

I prefer these Sticks from G Skill. They have a lower voltage and should run easily up past DDR 1000

I saw those and the price is great. I just wasn't sure about CAS 5.

I have 1 set of these for over a year and they run rock solid with me putting them through hell. I purchased another set of them 3 months ago for another system and those also run rock solid and I've got them up to 1000 np. I don't know if you're looking at prices hard, but I just thought I'd throw these in because of what seems to be good reliability.

Well I ended up going with the G-Skill 800 CAS4. It seemed to have everything I wanted, and had a decent price without having to deal with rebates. I have too many rebates to go out on this build!
