Please help me decide on an HD

I was trying to finally decide between three HD's for my new rig:

WD 200 GB SATA II
Samsung 160 GB SATA II
Seagate 160 GB SATA I w NCQ

All drives are exactly the same price at $110 Canadian. So what it boils down to is which is more valuable out of the three: 1) More space, 2) SATA II, 3) NCQ.

From what I have been reading, it doesn't appear that SATA II makes much of a difference, and NCQ only provides benefit for servers. However, I have heard that Seagate and Samsung are much more reliable than WD, even though WD gives more space for the money. I will be using this for my 3D graphics rendering machine at home.

Which one do you think is the best?

Check out Anandtech's latest hard drive roundup. Western Digital's JS series was among the fastest drives. Plus the one you listed offers larger capacity. Definately get the WD.

seagate for performance, samsung for silent operation. It seems that samsung drives may be falling behind, but it's just another one of those synthetic benchmarks which don't mean anything, most likely you won't notice annoyingly big difference between different brands of drives that have the same seek time/interface/rotational speed/cache/etc..
