Please help me choose a MB....

[Tired of the Bull]

I want to purchase a new MB. (May purchase a P3 a little later??? If I need more horsepower for video capture stuff.)

Current Equipment:

ATI Radeon AIW
SB Live X-Gamer
PCI LAN and MODEM
CELERON II 566
512MB of Crucial 133 CAS2
Plextor 12X10X32 IDE
AFREEY 50X IDE CDROM
IBM 45GB ATA 100, 7200rpm
Western Digital 20GB, 5400rpm

I'm selling my BX-133 because I will never do RAID and it doesn't overclock my CEL566 and I would like to do this until a possible CPU upgrade later.

I have a few concerns:
AIW doesn't appear to like VIA chipsets?
Newer ABIT boards like the SA6R don't overclock CEL II very well?
I815E handles limited RAM?

Asus CUSL2 or CUSL2-C
I love my CUSL2-C but for PIII overclocking the ICS chip gets very hot and I think it is limiting my overclock. Once cooled I think it will go very good.. it should do lower FSB's for your CII pretty good. I love mine, I'm sure you'd love it too.
other considerations - MSI 6337 or Gigabyte GA-6OXE
