Please help me choose 8gb of ddr3

Purchasing an ASRock z68 mobo and looking for 8gb of mem (2x4GB). I was recommended the g.skill value series which is a 9-9-9-24 1333 setup. Should I get this over 7-7-7-18 1066? Either way I can OC the memory even tho I will be using an i3-2100?

They are both $64.99 on newegg.com, and the pc3 8500 has heat speaders also.
