Please....I need to recovery deleted e-mails sent to/from our PC through Yahoo's e-mail service (and also Hotmail's service) so that I know what my cheating wife has been up to for the last 6 weeks.

How can I do this?

Please help me.

I don't think you have much of a chance if it's through a web based email, you can try putting a keystroke logger on it to catch her in the future.

you could go into youre internet temp file maybe something is left.

I dont think so. Theyd be links to emails shes sent/read, But if shes deleted them itd be no good. A keystroke logger is a good idea. Hardware and software solutions abound. Almost think Thinkgeek.com has a hardware one but its about 80 bucks. Ive seen a few software ones, some with bundled security programs, probably at a similar price though.

I don't think the temp files would show sent emails, due to the text-box entry (like AT forums)...incoming emails are probably a web page, though...they *might* still be there..maybe not.

Keylogger + time = password :)

Why not turn off your computer and actually go and talk to and be with your wife? Seems like you might get more real answers to your questin and more solutions to your problems there.

This is so wrong... it's not about catching her cheating, it's something you two need to communicate about. Last post I want to see is "I caught her and now I've decided to become a sniper for justice."

That's the most sensible bit of advice in here :) Trust is a foundation, and though she may have broken it, you should still uphold your end by not sneaking around behind her. Talk to her and let her know you suspect her of messing around, and where the relationship is coming up short... and take it from there.

This is assuming you haven't sat her down and spoken to her yet? If you have, and this thread is your last resort, so be it (I guess) :)

Maybe he wants some ammo before confronting her. My coworked did that once. He taped a scanner to a cassette recorder to catch her on the cordless phone.

Yeah well assuming you don't fall for all that trust BS.... you can pick up one of these if you have the money. I've got one just for kicks... You can hook it up to someones computer without them knowing it. :D

And yeah yeah yeah.. i'm just kidding about the trust thing...

I saved the copies of the e-mail she sent me; it's pretty hot stuff. Let me know if you want them.
