Please help installing my new computer parts

Even though I've done it 4 times before,these are new parts and I've got tons of questions

Parts. x2 4200,250GB 16mb SATA HD(new),120GB maxtor 8mb IDE(old), x800 AGP, DFI Lanparty Ultra-D. 1gb of value ram(512x2), 450Watt psu.

How should I install them? I have 1 drive which is sata and other is ide. Can I still do RAID? How do I hook them up? Or maybe,should I RAID it(0) or just put one drive as master on sata and 1 as a slave on ide and get on with my life? computer is mainly used for some editing,games.

any help would be appreciated as I never had 2 drives before.

Also,do large 250gb drives require any special formatting? Or I'll just set up my system and It will recoignize it and off I go,just like my old 120GB drive?

agp doesn't go with the ultra-d that moght be a problem...maybe its just a typo
