Just purchased a laptop on eBay and it came with a bunch of software:

*Microsoft Windows XP Pro x64 Edition (servers)
*Microsoft Windows XP Pro Service Pack 2 (systems)
*Microsoft Office Pro 2003 Enterprise Edition
*Microsoft Office Pro 2003 Enterprise Edition Service Pack 1
*Microsoft Office Pro 2003 Enterprise Edition Service Pack 2

Each disk is labelled "Student Media / Work at Home Media"

Questions:
What does the "Student Media / Work at Home Media" mean?
Are these all legit full copies of the software?
Are these disks saleable?

Thanks.

thats right. Only the student can use it. Anyone else and it is considered a illegal copy. If you paid money for the software then you need to report this to Microsoft.

To answer your last question, no, they are not salable.
Just a heads up, but I read an article over the weekend from Microsoft that states they
actively check places like Ebay to make sure people don't try to sell the academic ones.
The academic versions are sold to schools at a deep discounted rate or given outright.
