Please help: I can't get my quake III server to work---please help

Hey everyone, I have a dedicated server and I start up the dedicated server for quake III and nobody can connect. The computer has a straight dsl connection to the internet. I've tried everything I can think of. I'm running windows 2000. The server starts up and recognizes both the ip's (network and internet) and I just can't connect the damn thing. It worked before but I reinstalled windows A bit ago and Now it won't work!!

Please help if you have any ideas
