Please help: GLINT.DRV Fatal Exception?

In Windows 95, whenever I right click on a file (not a folder or drive), I get a fatal exception in a file called GLINT.DRV. I am not sure what this file is. If more information is needed before the solution can be found, please ask. Can anyone help? Thanks!

Are you using a 3dlabs video card? If so, uninstall and reinstall the drivers.

I'm using an AccelStar II 3D Accelerator. Any more help?

The AccelStarII is a 3Dlabs Permedia2 based Evans and Sutherland card, the latest drivers are dated 4/98 from them and possibly try reference drivers from Permedia..
