Please Help, GF2 Memory problem!

I just got a GF2 GTS from VisionTek, standard cheap OEM fair... anyways, its the 32 meg version, but the thing posts at 16 megs... anyone got any ideas? i've heard getting a new power supply to go up to 300w, but i'm not sure where to get one in my area (Dallas), and i'd rather not have to spend MORE money
System Specs:
celeron 300a o/c 450
abit bh6 mobo
17" standard monitor
diamond mx300 sound card
128 megs ram
atx case w/250W power supply

i wouldn't go for PS that soon. I would try to get the card running in some other machine and see....

I don't think it is the power supply either. These GeForce2's don't consume as much power as the original GeForce's. I've read about it before on this site I believe. Do a search. Good Luck.

Yeah, try it in a different machine. If it does the same then there is probably a problem with the memory. Take it back.
