PLEASE HELP GET RID OF THIS ANNOYING BROWSER BAR!!!!

My fiances sister viewed some pictures that came from a photolab (a photoCD) and now whenever you open up Internet Explorer a pop-up menu bar comes across the bottom of the screen. You can erase and reset the homepage, but you apply it, close it and open it up again and its re-written the home page to open the dumb bar. How can i stop it from re-writing the home page everytime and making this dumb-@ss bar load?

Try going to add/remove programs to see if there's something in there close to 'Explorer Bar'. If not, go do a search on google, i'm sure someone will have a fix.

It's "lop". Search for that on google to find instructions on how to get rid of it.

I'd go back to the photolab and chew them out big-time.
