Please help, Dual boot WinME & Win98

Hope someone can help. I'm running both OS's and using Partition Magic PQBoot to switch over primary drives in order to boot from one or the other. Problem is WinME doesn't support DOS and I can't access PQBoot from WinME! The reason I've got these 2 OS's dual booting is so my 4 1/2 year old son can play his educationnal games and by the same token, not screw up my system. Is there any other software that will enable me to select which OS I wish to boot from next? Anyone have any suggestions?
