please help: digital research cd-rw problems

I have a Digital Research 52x24x52 CD-RW bought from Best Buy a while ago. Everytime I burn an audio cd using latest version of Nero, the last 2-3 tracks of the cd are corrupted. I've tried different media but cannot solve this problem. I burned it at 4x and 8x only. Any suggestions will grealtly be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

multi-session is closed and both disc-at-once and track-at-once have been tested.
 
I just picked up the same burner and have had no problems so far, have you tried different media ? Defraging your hard drive, diabling anti virus software and only burning with out any other programs running.
