Please help, CUSL2 M & Windows media player 7

In my CUSL2 M I am using the audio from the motherboard, but when I want to play a cd with Window Media Player it tells me that can not play it digitally and plays in analog way with no visualitation. What should I do to correct this?

If possible, disable the onboard audio and get a cheap sound card.

Dunno how you'd fix this, but good luck anyhoo.
