Please Help! Controler/MoBo Question.

I have a Promise Ultra ATA 100 Controler Card, Asus P3V4X MoBo, Maxtor Ultra ATA 100 20.4Gb and Maxtor Ultra ATA 33 13.6Gb, Kenwood 72x TrueX Drive, HP 9110i burner, and a Creative labs 12x DVD drive. (not put together yet) Can I get the system to boot to the controler card (Maxtor ata 100 20.4Gb) without disableing the on board IDE controler??

This is what I was thinking:

Maxtor ata 100 20.4GB Primary Master on Controler card
Maxtor ata 33 13.6Gb Secondary Master on controler card
HP 9110i burner Primary Master on MoBo
Creative 12x DVD Secondary Master on MoBo
Kenwood 72x TrueX Primary Slave on MoBo

Will this work???? Any advice is apprieceated, (can't spell) 😱
