Please help choosing a motherboard for P4 2.53A

Please, i want to buy a P4 2.53A with 512 DDR333 and a Radeon 9700 PRO. What motherboard can fit in these specifications?
I thought about getting an ASUS P4S533 but it can be used only up to 2.2 GHz.
I have no interest in overclocking or additional stuff (like firewire, raid..). usb 2.0 is welcome although
Just a stable and performance-wise MB.

Please help me anyone who can, i'm searching for a good MB for quite some time and couldn't find any to fit

You should be able to run a 2.53 on the P4S533

Here are two that seem to have some fan fair...

The Soltek SL-85ERV-L It uses the P4X400 chip and has 6Ch sound, USB2.0, and AGP 8x. If you get the one with a L on the end then it comes with Lan. This board gos for $99-$110.

Tufshop Thsi place has the Soltek for $99 plus shipping.

The Shuttle AS45GT It uses the SiS 648 chipset and has USB 2.0 and AC97 sound

I heard there are some issues with 8X AGP and Radeon 9700 Pro. I would do some research on that in the forums.
