Please Help: AGP is only running at 2X on my CUSL2-C!!!!!

Hey guys, I am running a Geforce 2 GTS 32 made by Leadtek. I have AGP 4X enabled in the bios and am using the 23.11 drivers right from the nvidia site. I have the latest Sisoft Sandra and it is telling me that my Geforce 2 GTS is only running at AGP 2X. I have tried all that I know to do. I am running a Celeron 2 850@1200 right now and wonder if that might be causing it to revert back to AGP 2X. Anyone know of a better program to tell AGP speed besides Sandra? Please help

The Cusl2-c needs a little tweaking. I use Tweak815 from x86-secret.com and it works great.
