PLEASE HELP! A7v133 Problem! (Turn power on, Mobo led turns on... nothing else! no fans..etc)

Hey guys

I just installed a 900Mhz Tbird on a Asus A7V133... in a generic 300w case...
So far, the cpu + HSF, ram, and video card have been connected...

I plugged in the system to see if the system starts... and when i turn it on, the power supply starts, and the Motherboard Green LED turns on...

Nothing else, not even the Fan on the chipset (no HD, no CPU FAN...etc)

Please help me out!

I just saw this but I'm curious what it was?

The power supply kicks the fans on for a sec before starting up. You then have to hit the on switch.
