My friend has a Dell and wants to a new case for better cooling and more 3.5 bays for his hard drives. What would be a good recommendation for an budget (the cheaper the better, w/out sacrificing too much quality) motherboard? He has a LAG775 P4 Prescott with 2 x512MB DDR2 400 RAM and a PCI-e GPU. Features like RAID, Firewire, or overclockability are unecessary. I don't really know which north/south bridge would be the best.
 
Fry's this weekend has an ecs board with ddr and agp support and core duo 2 e6300 for $199.99. A great deal if you have an old agp card and pc3200 to use.
