I am looking into selling my server. Please give me an honest opinion on what would be a good selling price....

nah I would say somewhere around 2k (I'm comparing your conf. to the gateway 6400 with 2 1 gig processors, 3HDs)
 
Hmmmm...that sounds like the server that mysteriously disappeared from my server room last week. 🙂
 
Just add it up, I'd say 300 for the cpus, 80ish for the ram, motherboard is out of my league but just try getting prices off pricewatch, add them up then hack off a % for being used and you should have a fair estimate.
