Aside from the Obvious stores like Buy.com and Amazon, there is also Express and 800.com. One of the best places I have ever ordered from is ULN though, great prices and a cubic buttload of shipping options.

ULN is the best place if you are looking for anime however, as their prices are about 4 - 5 bucks cheaper the Amazon's.

Does the Columbia House DVD Club still average the best prices?

If you sign up under the right code, columbia house is awsome. I got 7 dvd's at a $10.50 average.

there is a thread floating around in OT about www.half.com and DVDs. They sell used stuff but aslong as the dvd isn't scratched used is just as good as new.
