please fix the delayed ad at the top

While browsing from mobile, the forum loads great. It loads faster than ever. BUT right after the forum loads, the top ad appears and shifts everything down. So you will go to click on a thread and all of the sudden the top ad pops in and you end up clicking on something totally different than what you wanted to click.

Most of the time the ad is broken anyways and just shows up as a box with a puzzle piece showing a missing plug in.

This is really annoying.
