As a suggestion, can mods explain their actions? To me when things like this happens I scratch my head (figuratively, of course). It doesn't make people comfortable. I don't consider myself dumb but there are so many things here that I don't undertand, and I see in this forum how many people don't understand mods' actions. Oftentimes the questions are not answered in this forum, which only allows for future "violations."
 
I see three reasons:
1: It was already posted here.
2: The previous thread was locked.
3: This news is not a "hot deal".

That's what I came up with as possible reasons, what the mod him/herself was thinking, I don't know.
