Please explain this "final destination" meme

I don't understand where this meme comes from. I'm playing TF2, and I see a discussion between admins that goes like this:

admin1: final destination?
admin2: crowbar only! final destination!
admin1: final destination!
various people: yeah, final destination!
*map changes to a flat map, everyone only has melee*
admin1: final destination!
admin2: final destination!

Then there's this youtube video which is fairly similar in how it's played out. And this one.

As much as I like it, I really don't get it. Who, or which website, started this?
