Seems like this was legal for the Police to do, however it needs to be changed. I don't agree with the guy at the end who said it could happen to him. I'm a white guy and there is now way this would happen to me. We can all say get out of the car when the police ask you is easier but really every time you are in a car in Indiana you need to have a picture ID with you, even if you are not driving?
