It looks like school B goes into some actual programming classes, so it gets my vote.

Doing web design is a tough career to get into. If you're a good programmer you'll do fine. Honestly, I'd look at Computer Science degrees over the two that you posted. I think it'd be more beneficial.

Sorry, I messed up.. I accidentally copied a programming course for school b.. then noticed that the web design courses where actually identical.
