I already reposted to the correct forum. Thanks!

My Epox mobo bit the dust with the bulging caps issue (bought new in Feb. 2003) and Epox fixed the board (by completely replacing every cap) and shipped it back. The RMA cost me less than $6 and now my PC is back up and running just fine.

Yeah...I know, it's a "dated" PC and I could have bought a newer, faster mobo for ~$80, but the important thing is that Epox took GREAT care of me (their customer). So I'd be more than willing to buy/recommend Epox products in the future🙂

Well that is good to know; but, why in the world did you post this in "Video". This seems like a GH, or M/B forums thing.

This is great news! My 8rda+ has some exploding caps and recently I started having issues with the board. When I boot the system it hangs at the "Detecting IDE devices" during the post.

Not sure if that has anything to due with the caps (tried three working hard drives though) but it's nice to know they'll fix my bleeding caps 😀

Thanks for the info Budarow!

EDIT: I bought mine in July of '03
