At home I have 3 80GB WD 2 meg cache drives. I want to setup Raid 5 to protect my data.

Here are the options I've been looking at.. please recommend based on best bang for the buck.

3Ware Escalade 7410 - $160 shipped

HighPoint RocketRaid 404 or 454 - ~100 shipped

Promise Fastrak SX4000 - 150 shipped

I just want something reliable that's not going to affect gaming and so on.

I'm running a P4 2.2, 512 megs of ram, and Asus P4B motherboard.. and as previously mentioned b4.. 3 - WD 80 GB hd's

Even the older 7410 model? I think it's only Ata100 instead of Ata133
