I would add some sales figures for your verizon job.

Sold $20K in merchandise every month
Increased gross sales by 18%
blah blah blah
blah blah blah

I would get rid of the WPM unless you are looking to do data entry (trust me you are not)

Is there anything you can add to employment history? like volunteer work at the library or hosipital etc? Its looking real thin.

well, not bad, here is mine...
But you will want to beef it up a bit, look a little lacking. I also come from the old school where you have a cover letter. This is the kinda things you wouldn't put in a resume and should be custom to every job you apply to. Things like how you heard about the job, why you like that company and why you are interested.
The resume should have a stronger objective and since I take it you are young, you lack the experience jsut because you are haven't been alive long enough. I found putting in a couple of things I did for school can help an employer look at you more carefully. But then again, I found that I didn't really need a resume for most of the jobs I got when I was looking for resume building employment. Have you tried looking at the school's CS department? That is where I got most of my experience.

Also, a little extra detail on the skills would be nice... are you familiar with training, are you familiar with installing, using, just listing a product isn't very indicative. This is also where a cover letter comes in handy, since You can say on here how you came to learn these skills and how they will help you in the job you want in the "x" company.

Oh, also don't put your actual contact info on something the rest of us are going to look at... There might be wierdos on this forum...

Anyway to fluff it up? It seems a little lacking, especially since its not even at a fullpage.

Maybe a little more detail about your education? Major GPA? General GPA?

I think "people skills" isn't such a good term...you should swap it out with something like "communication skills" or something to that effect. An e-mail address that you make out of your name is always professional and should be on the resume. Something like jdoe@supz.net, etc. More experience is always better so try to add some related experience. Hope this helps.
